Locations - Continents and important locations within them

Cradle is an enormous planet with five huge continents, home to more than 300 billion souls. It is broken up into 5 continents. Listed below are each of the continents and who can be found there.

Ashwind Continent See below for more Information

Everwood Continent is ruled by Queen and Monarch Emriss Silentborn. She is the Remnant Monarch, with a soothing spirit. She spends her life traveling around gifting people with language.

• Dreadnought City  is said to be a city of research and mystery. It is even rumored that they do strange things with Remnants there
  

Iceflower Continent Is home to the Eight-Man Empire, A group of eight people that employ, collectively, the power of a Monarch. Individually, they are Sages or Heralds. Each oversees one of the eight warbands that acts as for hire mercenaries.

Ninecloud Continent - Is an aura rich land ruled by the Luminous Queen Sha Liara and home to the royal Sha family and Ninecloud Court.

• Ninecloud CityIs the capital of the Ninecloud Court. It is said to have rainbows everywhere and clouds of nine colors.
  

Rosegold Continent Half of the continent is home to House Arelius. They were an old and powerful household prior to the death of their monarch several years ago. Now their land is in shambles and war torn. It is slowly being taken over by the Emperor/Monarch and lion, Reigan Shen, who is in control of the other half of the Rosegold continent.

Ashwind Continent

• The Eastern half of the continent is home to Monarch Seshethkunaaz and his Dragon Realm.
  
• The western half of the continent is home to Monarch Akura Malice and her vassals, the Blackflame Empire and the Seishen Kingdom. Also in Akura territory is Sky's Edge, the Desolate Wilds, the Frozen Blades School and the Wastelands. The Akura clan owns almost three-quarters of the Ashwind continent — the western side, plus islands,
  
• Between the Akura land and the Dragon Realm is the Wasteland. It acts as a buffer zone between the two. It is home to various sacred beasts, villages, and The Beast King, a Herald.
  

Akura Homeland
It is the home to Akura Malice and her descendents. The capital city is Moongrave.

Seishen Kingdom is a vassal state to the Akura Family. It is located directly across the southern border of the Blackflame Empire. The southern jungles and a river serve to separate the two lands. The land is ruled by King Dakata, who is said to rule by his sword. It has a smaller population than the Blackflame Empire and contains more bountiful land.

Sky's Edge Is to the west, on the Western Sea near the Trackless Sea, lies the Akura-owned Sky's Edge community, where the rare mineral Wintersteel is mined.

Sacred Valley is also to the west. It lies forgotten and strictly restricted and forbidden, surrounded by mountains near the Western Sea.



Black Flame Empire
The Blackflame Empire is a relatively small chunk of territory located on the northwestern edge of the vast Ashwind Continent. The size of the empire is relatively small, compared to the empire’s overlord, the Akura Family. But it’s sizable enough, with mountains and valleys, jungles and a large desert, and a lot of ocean coastland. It’s hundreds of miles from Serpent’s Grave to Sacred Valley.
Fifty years ago, the Blackflame emperor’s servants, the loyal Naru clan, took up the position of leadership, replacing the dying Blackflame clan, riddled with insanity from incompatible madra. They became the face of the Blackflame empire. They did not practice the unstable Path of Black Flame, and with their loyal reputation and shining emerald wings the people grew to trust them. House Naru quietly ascended the imperial throne. The first Naru ruler, the Empress, has since retired into private seclusion. The present emperor is her son, Naru Huan, Overlord. He is responsible for the welfare of over a hundred million people.

Important Locations:

• Serpents Grave Original capital city of old empire. 7th largest city on Cradle. Built on black dragon bones: "Serpent’s Grave was a city built from ancient, giant dragon bones. Almost every building was either carved into a towering rib, supported by yellowed fangs, or resting inside a skull.
  
• Blackflame City Capital city, head of government led by Emperor Naru Huan. It is surrounded by sharp, jagged walls of fractured obsidian so large that some consider them to be mountains.
  
• StormrockThe floating cloud fortress as big as a city and containing a large population. It is the headquarters for the Skysworn Imperial Force.
  
• Sea WallDefending the empire's Northern coast from invaders on the Trackless Sea. Home of Underlord Kotai Shou, a sea captain, and the Kotai clan, who have gray skin and bond with fish
  
• Southern JunglesIs a jungle that contains numerous small quarrelsome families. Lots of sacred trees and plants -- some will eat you alive. In the Southern Jungles, there are special plants/trees that are grown and harvested and elixirs are made at a sacred arts school in a place called the Lastleaf Fortress
  
• Desolate Wilds Out west. Minor clans, criminals, refugees, and exiles. Land is mostly desert running up against western wall of mountains and hills. Poisonous rivers, deformed black twisted trees, scores and scores of dreadbeasts.
